Hispar La is often used as a trekking destination by trekkers and mountaineers which offers an unforgettable experience to mountain enthusiasts. Snow Lake was first discovered by Martin Convey in 1898. He named it Snow Lake and declared it as the best place to view the surrounding mountains of the Karakoram range. It is a high-altitude glacial basin in the Karakoram Range of Pakistan. It's famed for its stark, icy beauty. It is one of the world's largest basins of snow and ice outside the polar regions.
